How do I receive my files after purchase?

After completing payment via PayPal, you will receive an email with a download link. Your files are available instantly — no waiting, no shipping.

What file formats will I receive?

Most products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print at home or at a local print shop. Some products also include JPEG versions. File formats are listed on each product page.

Question 3

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files as many times as you need. Once purchased, your files are yours to keep and reprint as often as you like for personal use.

Question 4

I haven't received my download link — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at butterflyoccasions@outlook.com with your PayPal payment confirmation and we'll resend your files promptly.

What paper size should I print on?

Most of our designs are formatted for A4 or US Letter size. The product description will specify which size is included. If you need a different size, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Question 6

What type of paper do you recommend?

For planners and journals, we recommend 80–100gsm white paper for everyday use, or 120gsm for a more premium feel. For wall art, a matte photo paper or card stock gives beautiful results.

Can I print at a local print shop?

Absolutely! Simply take your PDF file to any local print shop or use an online printing service. Our files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and print-ready.

Question 8

Can I use these designs for my business?

All purchases include a personal use licence only. This means you may print and use the designs for yourself, your home, or personal gifts — but not for resale, commercial use, or distribution to others.

Can I share the files with friends or family?

Accepted Answer

Each purchase is for a single household. Please do not share, redistribute, or resell the digital files. If a friend loves a design, we'd love for them to purchase their own copy!

Can I edit or customise the designs?

Some of our products include editable versions (noted in the product description). Unless stated, the files are not intended to be edited. If you need a custom version, please contact us.

Question 11

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Accepted Answer

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. Please review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Question 12

What if there is a problem with my file?

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us at butterflyoccasions@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it for you — either with a replacement file or a full refund.

I ordered the wrong product — can I exchange it?

We're unable to exchange digital products once downloaded, but please get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We always aim to find a fair solution.
